Around the beginning of March 2010, I found this website that promises to reward you for searching the web. Really? It sounded kinda fishy to me but I decided to try it anyway and see what it was about. The concept is pretty simple.
- You sign up HERE.
- You use the site as your search engine. (The easiest way to remember to use the site is to download the free toolbar!)
- You win SwagBucks randomly as you search
- Your swag bucks start to add up...pretty fast if you use it everyday.
- You can and should also check the Swidget (you can see mine on the right side of my blog) throughout the day for swag codes. Swag codes are promo codes that you find in various places (swagbucks blog, facebook, twitter, the toolbar) that you redeem for bonus swagbucks!
- Browse through the swag store to eye your prize and when you get enough swagbucks trade them in.
- It's THAT SIMPLE. And it's for REAL!
My favorite prize is a $5 Amazon gift card! I shop at Amazon a lot so it comes in handy. But there's TONS of other prizes. I have already gotten around $50 Amazon gift cards and it has only been a little over a month. My goal is to keep using this site until Christmas and then use my cards toward gifts! And it's FREE!
